Which design level your set is, is her call once she has seen your reference, so send the picture and ask before you commit. Medium to intricate work is quoted individually.

Booking terms

Terms and conditions

  1. RM40 deposit will be collected.
  2. My work takes about 3 to 5 hours, make sure you're free on the day <3
  3. No smoking / vaping.
  4. No show = prohibited from booking again.
  5. RM15 late fee for arriving more than 15 mins late.
  6. Arriving more than 20 mins late will/may result in cancellation of appointment.

Other T&C applies.

Deposit

  1. No deposit, no booking.
  2. Deposit paid will be deducted from the final amount.
  3. Deposit forfeited = no show / cancellation / failure to find a new time slot in 30 days.
  4. Changing time slot can be done 48 hours prior to booking date.
  5. If you're feeling unwell, do text me to cancel the booking.

Questions people ask

How do I book?

Pick a slot on the booking page , which shows the dates she has actually opened, or message her on Instagram first if you want to talk the set through. Either way it is Ash reading it.

Where is the studio?

A home studio near Jaya One in Petaling Jaya. Because it is her home, the exact address is sent to you once your slot is confirmed.

What should I send her first?

A screenshot of a set you like, a photo of your nails now, and the rough week you are aiming for. She books around study, so lead time helps.

What if I need to cancel or move it?

Message her on Instagram: only Ash can move or cancel a booking. A slot can be moved up to 48 hours before. The deposit is forfeited on a no-show, a cancellation, or if a new slot is not found within 30 days. If you are unwell, text her to cancel rather than coming in.
